Eric's first youth Pastorate was at Lonoke Christian Fellowship.  Eric was Licensed in 1990 and later Ordained as a minister of the Gospel through Agape Church under Pastor Happy Caldwell in 1992.  Eric served as Youth/Associate Pastor at Victory Christian Fellowship in S.E. Arkansas for almost 6yrs. While He helped to found and served as a District Director for the Arkansas Youth Ministers Network bringing thousands of teens together for a premier statewide youth conference called Fusion.  Eric was a conference speaker for Youth America and held summer camps for teenagers.   In 1995 Eric then joined the staff of Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma under the Leadership of Pastors BillyJoe and Sharon Daugherty. Eric became the College and Career Pastor starting Campus Compassion a ministry devoted raising up cell groups throughout the College and university campuses of Oklahoma. Over the span of almost 10 years at Victory, his ministry encompassed the youth and singles ministry then finally as a Cell Pastor dedicating himself to raising up small group leaders and assimilating new members into body life.  Eric’s main mission is to heal and restore community to the local church and is dedicated to raising up disciple makers and mobilizing the body into the harvest fields of the 21st. century.

Eric moved to Nashville Tn. to serve on staff at The Oasis Worship Centre under Pastors Danny and Jillian Chambers in order to come along side and help transition their body into holistic small groups Then in 2007 in order to fulfill a lifelong dream moved to Little Rock to start Rock City Church.

 As a self proclaimed “Community Broker,” Eric Castrellon deals in the merger and acquisition of relationships, creating community in order to inspire, heal, and restore relationship within the local body.  Eric conducts One-Day Cell Conferences across the United States and abroad teaching and helping pastors and congregations  move from program based to cell or small group based ministries. Eric is the founder of Global Cell Network dedicated to connecting Pastors to connect the world through cells.
